2. Information

2.1 All patients are required to provide contact details, including address, telephone number, DOB and email, to secure an appointment.
2.2 All clients must complete a Medical History Form at their first appointment to ensure a comprehensive consultation and treatment planning process.
2.3 All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
2.4 Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permission, and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
2.5 You may remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.

3. New Patient – Telephone Consultation

3.1 While telephone consultations are generally discouraged, they may be offered in specific circumstances, particularly for patients traveling long distances.
3.2 New patients seeking advice through a telephone consultation must schedule a 30-minute appointment in advance. Patients must call the clinic at the agreed time. By booking online.
3.3 A charge of £50 applies to telephone consultations, payable in advance.

4. Appointments

4.1 Appointment reminders will be sent the day before your appointment, either by text or email.
4.2 Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, allowing us to optimise our diary. We require 48hrs notice to secure your deposit, if cancellation is out with this notice period you will lose your deposit.
4.3 For busy periods, we may require a nominal deposit (e.g., £100), refundable upon attendance, to minimize missed appointments.
4.4 Do NOT attend the clinic if you are unwell. If unsure, please contact the practitioner. Many treatments, including those involving colds, cold sores, or local skin infections, are contraindicated when unwell. You must leave three full weeks between your appointment and receiving any vaccinations.
4.5 Routine review appointments for Botulinum Toxin are offered as a courtesy. No additional treatment or "top-ups" will be provided free of charge after the review period of 2–4 weeks has passed.
4.6 New patients are generally seen for consultation and assessment only. Except under prior arrangement, treatments will not be provided during the first visit.
4.7 Treatments involving laser, IPL, or hyaluronidase require a prior assessment and test patch.

5. Children

5.1 We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18.
5.2 Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they can be left unsupervised. Children are NOT allowed in treatment rooms.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Patients receive a free consultation, a deposit of £50 will need to be made to secure your appointment, which may be deducted from treatment costs.
6.2 Full costs of the proposed treatment plan, including any maintenance treatment, will be communicated and agreed upon before any treatment begins.
6.3 Payment is required in full at the time of treatment.
6.4 We accept cash, major debit cards including AMEX, and credit cards.
6.5 A non-refundable deposit is required for Sculptra® treatments at the time of booking, as the product is bought specifically for each patient.
6.6 A discretionary deposit may apply for some treatments and circumstances.
6.7 Vouchers can be applied to certain products or treatments.

 

7. Refunds

7.1 Fees charged for treatments cover the service provided, which includes:

  • Consultation and assessment.

  • Provision of information and advice.

  • Safe treatment with evidence-based products.

  • Follow-up appointments and aftercare support, as appropriate.
    7.2 While we strive to deliver excellent service, expert advice, and quality treatments, we cannot guarantee specific results. Refunds are not provided if the results fail to meet your expectations.
    7.3 Skincare products are non-returnable and non-refundable once open or bought over 30 days prior.
